Terms & Conditions – Creator Meetups UK Limited Edition Pokémon Skateboard Prize Competition

• Entry is by answering a multiple-choice skill question correctly. Only entries with a correct answer are eligible.
• Each entrant has up to two (2) attempts to answer the skill question. Incorrect answers after two attempts are not eligible.
• Once answered correctly, entrants may pay £5 via Stripe to confirm their entry into the draw.
• No refunds will be given once payment has been processed.

• Opens on publication of this competition.
• Closes on 30 September at 23:59 (UK time).
• Entries received after the closing date are not valid.

• One (1) limited edition Bear Walker Pokémon skateboard.
• The prize is fixed, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
• No cash alternative is available.

• The winner will be chosen at random from all correct, eligible entries after the closing date.
• The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
• The winner will be notified by email (using details provided on entry) within 14 days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter may select another winner.

• The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary due to events outside its reasonable control.
• Any entrant using multiple identities, automated systems, or attempting to circumvent the rules will be disqualified.
• The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, misdirected, lost, or delayed regardless of cause.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
